Made to order items may take 3–9 business days to process.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day.

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly addressed packages. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order and that you can receive your package at the time of delivery. The shipping cost is non-refundable, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Times:

  • Within Spain: 1–2 business days

  • Other European countries: 3–4 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 4–8 business days

If you choose upgraded shipping, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, strikes, natural disasters, holidays, and other unpredictable factors.

Customs Duties:
Any import taxes and fees applicable when the package reaches the destination country/territory are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you have any questions about customs costs, please contact your local customs office.
In the European Union, taxes are already included in the price of your order, so you will not need to pay additional costs upon receiving the package.

Starting August 29, 2025, all international packages entering the United States may be subject to duties and taxes, even for orders under $800.
For all U.S. orders, we now use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means you won’t need to pay any additional customs or import fees.
