We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly addressed packages. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order and that you can receive your package at the time of delivery. The shipping cost is non-refundable, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Processing + Delivery Times
Orders are only processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays.
All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Times:
- Spain: 1-2 business days;
- Europe: 2-4 business days;
- United States of America: 3-5 business days;
- Global: 4-6 business days.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, strikes, natural disasters, holidays, and other unpredictable factors.

Customs Duties:
Any import taxes and fees applicable when the package reaches the destination country/territory are the responsibility of the recipient.

In the European Union, taxes are already included in the price of your order, so you will not need to pay additional costs upon receiving the package.
Starting August 29, 2025, all international packages entering the United States may be subject to duties and taxes, even for orders under $800.
