SHIPPING

Regarding delivery times, once the product has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive within the following time frames:

  • Spain and Portugal: typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
  • EU countries and the United Kingdom: estimated delivery in 2-4 business days.
  • United States: typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • Other areas: estimated delivery in 4-7 business days.

These estimates are provided by the courier companies we work with, and while they are generally accurate, actual shipping conditions may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and others.

Our office and workshop are located in Madrid, Spain. All packages are shipped from our workshop in Madrid.

Returns

When you shop at our store, we offer a hassle-free return policy to enhance your shopping experience. Regardless of the reason, even if you feel that the product you received is not suitable for you, you have the right to return it within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel it.

If you no longer need your order, you can notify us within 15 days of receiving the product. You may return the order once you have received it. Find more details in our return policy.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For EU countries, there are no additional customs duties or taxes to pay upon receiving your products. The total amount of your order already includes the relevant taxes, ensuring that you will not face any extra charges.

Since Brexit, packages sent from EU countries to the UK may be subject to duties and VAT. Packages are typically delivered by Royal Mail. Packages valued at less than £135 generally do not incur customs duties but may require payment of VAT. Packages valued over £135 may need both VAT and customs duties. These charges are usually paid to the postal or courier company before delivery or when picking up the package, as they handle customs clearance on your behalf.

For orders shipped to the U.S., as long as the order amount is less than $800, you typically do not need to pay any customs duties or taxes. However, for orders exceeding $800, you may need to pay the applicable taxes according to U.S. customs regulations. Specific details may vary by state, so we recommend checking your state's regulations or contacting your local customs office for accurate information.

For countries outside the EU (excluding the U.S. and the UK, such as Canada, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.), the order generally does not include customs duties and taxes, but this does not mean your order will not be subject to such charges. Product Information

In our online jewelry store, we ensure that all products displayed are described truthfully and accurately. We take high-definition photos of each product ourselves, insisting on not using excessive editing to ensure that the images match the actual product. Additionally, all product descriptions include relevant information about sizes and materials. The purpose of this is to help you truly understand the appearance and texture of the product during your online shopping experience. Please note that the dimensions of some products are measured by hand, and due to different measuring methods, there may be slight discrepancies.

The brass material we use has an excellent balance of zinc and copper, ensuring that the product possesses the necessary hardness and strength while also offering good ductility and low impurity content. To present a better texture, our products are vacuum-galvanized with 18k and 24k gold. Unlike conventional galvanization, our gold layer is thicker, providing a superior tactile experience. Additionally, the silver jewelry we offer is made from 925 silver, ensuring the stability and reliability of the product's quality.

We pay special attention to the hypoallergenic properties of our jewelry. Our jewelry products are plated with 18k or 24k gold or made from pure silver to ensure a lower risk of allergies.

Especially for earrings, as the ears are relatively sensitive, we choose to use titanium, surgical steel, or 925 silver for the earring posts, which are nickel-free, to reduce the possibility of allergic reactions. We always prioritize your health and comfort, striving to provide you with high-quality jewelry products that have a low risk of allergies, so you can wear them with confidence.

Our jewelry is designed and treated to be water-resistant. If they get wet from handwashing or rain, just make sure to dry them quickly. However, we do not recommend submerging the jewelry in water for extended periods, such as while swimming, as prolonged exposure could affect the appearance and material of the product.

We use high-quality materials and electroplating processes, but over time, some jewelry may experience slight discoloration due to daily wear, oxidation, or contact with different substances. To prolong the lifespan of your jewelry, we suggest avoiding prolonged contact with chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, and other products. Additionally, when not in use, store them in a dry place away from direct sunlight. This will help minimize the risk of discoloration and maintain their beauty for longer. Please don’t worry if this happens. If you receive a damaged product, we will take care of everything for you. If the product has any defects, you just need to notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the package. After this period, it will be assumed that the product has been received in perfect condition. Once we receive your notification, we will verify the cause and handle the necessary after-sales matters for you.
