Realmejewelry Return Policy

At Realmejewelry, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Therefore, if the product does not meet your needs or expectations, we offer the option to return it without requiring justification.

These are the return policies of our store:

  • If you wish to make a return, you must notify us by email within fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving the product, expressing your desire to return it.
  • The receipt of the product is considered the moment when the shipping company marks the package as delivered. Return requests made after 15 days of being marked as delivered will be rejected.
  • We will respond to your return request within 3 business days. For orders that meet the return conditions, we will send you a return request form that you must complete and send back to us.
  • Once the form is approved, you will receive all the return instructions by email that you must follow.
  • Please note that you must complete the above process and receive our return instructions before proceeding with the return. Otherwise, if any issues arise, Realmejewelry will not assume any responsibility.
  • The returned product must arrive at our warehouse in Madrid, Spain, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the return instructions are sent. If the returned package does not arrive at our warehouse within fifteen (15) calendar days after the request, it will be returned to the buyer. Therefore, we recommend you send the package as soon as possible after receiving our return instructions.

To return a product, it must be in perfect condition, without damage or signs of use; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. If the product arrives in poor condition or is missing pieces or accessories, it will be returned to the sender in its original condition, and the sender will be responsible for the shipping costs. You are responsible for providing appropriate packaging to ensure the item arrives at Realmejewelry in perfect condition. If the item received is in poor condition, we will not be able to process your return.

Products purchased during promotions or promotional events will be refunded in accordance with the promotion’s terms.

Important Points:

  • Shipping costs (for returns), as well as possible customs taxes, duties, and any other fees, will be borne by the customer. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the sender, and the return request will be rejected. We cannot refund international duties and taxes.
  • If, after the return, the total amount of the order no longer meets the requirements for free shipping or other promotions, or if all products in the order are returned, the refund will include a deduction for the corresponding amount and the actual shipping costs incurred for the shipment. You can check the specific shipping costs in our shipping policy on the website and on the checkout page where these costs are calculated.
  • The refund will be processed within 15 business days after our warehouse receives the return, using the same payment method you used when making the purchase. The refund amount will be the same as the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  • Realmejewelry assumes no responsibility for the loss of the package during the shipping process.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the package arrives at our facility in perfect condition.
  • In accordance with customs requirements, returns from outside the European Union must include customs clearance documents.
  • After the return, please email us the tracking number of the package and the name of the logistics company used.
  • We do not accept returns for engraved products, items with letter combinations, or other personalized items.
